Yes. Libris mobile devices use cellular connectivity and GPS, so they work at home and on the go, helping the monitoring center locate you in an emergency
Numera devices are certified on major carriers including AT&T, Verizon, and Telus, depending on your region. There's no separate phone plan to set up — cellular service is built into the device
