When an alert is triggered, information may be shared with Numera®, our Care Center, monitoring partners, emergency services, and your chosen contacts so help can be coordinated

- The device user’s name
- Registered address
- Device location, when available
- Emergency contact details
- Care Circle contacts
- Alert details
- Call notes or recordings, where permitted by law
This information helps responders understand what is happening and send the right support when needed

- Activating and supporting devices
- Providing access to CareOne™ and related portals
- Delivering alerts and notifications
